A mediator for over two decades, who has specialised in family mediation in early help and social care settings, as well as workplace mediation within the NHS, drawing on lived experience and a strong commitment to respectful communication and mutual understanding.

Denice has supported and trained many aspiring mediators, especially social care professionals, and is actively involved in leadership and development across the mediation sector.

Outside her professional practice, Denice is deeply engaged in community life and hosts a monthly radio show, Family Matters, which supports and connects families.
